Blankfort Door Blanks

Blankfort solid timber-core engineered door blanks have been specifically designed for wood veneering, plastic lamination, painting and further producing to provide high quality fire-resistant doors at minimum cost. With exceptional acoustic and insulation properties, security options, proven mechanical performance, extreme sizes and aperture approval, Blankfort is the preferred choice for even the most demanding situation or configuration.

Blankfort 30 is constructed from laminated softwood cores faced each side with 9mm particleboard or MDF to achieve an overall thickness of 45mm. Weight approx 25Kg/m²

Blankfort 30+ is constructed from laminated softwood cores faced each side with 9mm particleboard and 3mm MDF to achieve an overall thickness of 45mm. Weight approx 25Kg/m²

Blankfort 60 is constructed from laminated softwood cores faced each side with 9mm particleboard to achieve an overall thickness of 54mm. Weight approx 29Kg/m²

Blankfort 60+ is constructed from laminated softwood cores faced each side with 9mm particleboard and 3mm MDF to achieve an overall thickness of 54mm. Weight approx 29Kg/m²

BlankfortSecurity & Security "E"

A unique construction featuring an LVL core in 1 or 3 ply orientation with high quality exterior grade Canadian Birch plywood faces, ideal for painting or staining. Blankfort Security & Security "E" provide a minimum FD30 fire rating combined with high levels of resistance to impact and attack. Available with fully FSC certified Canadian Birch plywood faces.

Blankfort Security is constructed from Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) core in 3 ply orientation with high quality exterior grade Canadian Birch plywood faces. Weight approx 23Kg/m²

Blankfort Security "E" is constructed from Laminated Veneer Lumber (LVL) core in 1 ply orientation with high quality exterior grade Canadian Birch plywood faces. Weight approx 23Kg/m²
