Halspan Prima Plus
08 Nov 2011The latest addition to the Halspan range, Halspan Prima Plus - With No Added Formaldehyde – has been developed in response to the growing demand for ‘greener’ products.
Produced to the same high standards as regular Prima, Halspan Prima Plus uses Polyurethane (PMDI or polymeric methylene diisocyanate to be precise) instead of the more traditional Urea Formaldehyde binder.
A greener alternative, Halspan Prima Plus minimises formaldehyde emissions, complying with both BREEAM and LEED environmental standards. It’s also FSC Chain of Custody certified. Complying with rigorous environmental requirements, all of Halspan’s raw materials come from sustainable managed sources.
Needless to say, Halspan Prima Plus also meets all of Halspan’s other performance standards and criteria, including:
• Fire testing
• Mechanical testing
• Durability testing
• Cycle testing
• Acoustic performance
